Return Policy

Within 30 days (15 days for electronic products)

"In-stock" items can be returned for a complete credit within 30 days from date of purchase. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Proof of purchase must be supplied. You need only to click on return marchandise on our Internet site. You prefer talking to one of our Customer Service Representative 1-800-338-5567. The Representative will fill it out for you and immediately issue you a return authorization number that you will note on your parcel. No credit refund will be issued if the merchandise is returned without an authorization number. Special ordered non-stock items specifically ordered for you cannot be returned.

After 30 days

In some instances, handling charges, delivery/freight charges and restocking charges may be applied. Defective merchandise is contingent on the manufacturer’s defective and/or repair / replacement policies.


Installation fees and special orders are non-refundable. All returns must be approved by the Customer Service Department and re-stocking fees may be applied.
